Introduction
Welcome to Wiluray Gunyah. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Wiluray Gunyah, including but not limited to support work, mentoring, and respite services.
Service Provision
Wiluray Gunyah provides services in accordance with the guidelines of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or private agreements. The specific nature and scope of services will be outlined in your service agreement, which must be signed prior to the commencement of services.
Eligibility
Our services are available to:

NDIS participants with approved funding.

Private clients, including those funded by third-party organisations.
Fees and Payments

For NDIS participants: Fees are charged in line with the NDIS Price Guide.

For private clients: Fees and payment schedules will be outlined in your private service agreement and/or quote.

Payments must be made by the agreed due date. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend scheduled sessions may result in a cancellation fee, as per the terms of your service agreement.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Wiluray Gunyah is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information is collected, used, and stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Your information will only be shared with authorised personnel or organisations involved in your care, and only with your consent unless required by law.
Rights and Responsibilities

Participants’ Rights: You have the right to be treated with respect, to receive high-quality services, and to provide feedback or complaints without fear of repercussions.

Participants’ Responsibilities: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, attend scheduled sessions, and communicate any changes to your needs or circumstances.
Feedback and Complaints
We value your feedback to improve our services. Complaints can be made in writing or via phone. All complaints will be addressed in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
Termination of Services
Services may be terminated by either party with reasonable notice, as outlined in your service agreement. Immediate termination may occur in cases of non-compliance with these terms, unsafe behaviour, or non-payment.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Wiluray Gunyah reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
